Biddle Systems ("we", "us") operates biddlesystems.com
and an SMS assistant service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do
with it.
Information we collect
- Contact form. If you use the form on our site, we receive the name, email address and message you submit.
- SMS program. If you text our number, we receive your mobile number, the content of your messages, and the date and time they were sent.
- Consent records. When you opt in or opt out by text, we record which keyword you sent and when, so we can honor your choice and demonstrate compliance.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to you and operate the assistant service.
- To send only the alerts and notifications you have asked for.
- To honor opt-out requests and keep the required record of consent.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties strictly to deliver the service:
- Twilio — carries SMS and voice traffic for our phone number.
- Anthropic — provides the AI model that generates assistant replies. Message content is sent to the model to produce a response.
- Web3Forms — delivers website contact-form submissions to our inbox.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not authorize them to
use your information for their own marketing.
What we do not do
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent
are not shared with any third party, except the service providers listed above that are
strictly necessary to deliver the messages themselves.
We do not sell personal information. We do not send advertising by text.
Retention
Message history is retained only as long as it is useful to operate the assistant, and is
stored on systems we control. Consent records — the fact that you opted in or out, and when —
are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations,
even after you unsubscribe.
Security
Access is limited to the account owner. Message data is stored on private infrastructure and
is not published or made publicly accessible. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not
send payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or passwords by text.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts immediately.
- Reply HELP for support information.
- Email mwbiddle1@gmail.com to request a copy of, or deletion of, the information we hold about you.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information
from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated"
date.
